Esmeralda PLLC is the business— Esme’s Office is the space. Esmeralda PLLC is owned by Esmeralda Flores Barraza, a chicana mental health therapist based out of Minnesota. Esmeralda practices out of her own space, Esme’s Office, & provides mental health support to adults (18+) living in Minnesota.

Mental health support is for anyone!

Everyone is in a different season of reflection & the type of support we need can vary. Esmeralda provides general mental health care to a variety of presenting concerns, with a focused on specialized trauma care.

Esme’s office is located in at 2800 E 40th Street, Minneapolis, MN. This is a locked building and can only be accessed by those using the space. Specific instructions for accessing the building will be sent prior to your first appointment if needed.

Appointments may be held in-person or virtually.

By appointment only, during weekdays. Typically appointments happen during the early mornings & afternoons.

Appointments are scheduled for 53 minutes & occur on a consistent basis. Frequency of appointments depends on presenting concerns & personal goals.

Fees are $150/session. Individual psychotherapy sessions are considered a medical service & can be covered using your health insurance.
